FAQ, FRD

November 19th, 2007 · No Comments

I feel very special, and I assume you too do. Because of this, anytime I search information on a web-site, and I have a question, I distrust the FAQ. How can it be that what I think is what everybody else thinks?

But then, obviously, almost all the time my question was a FAQ. And almost all the time too the FAQ had answers to questions I haven’t had yet, but will have later. It’s great that, with people looking for themselves for info, universal knowledge becomes, in a way, intelligent. I can’t imagine a desk-information employee being able to guess the sort of questions to come from anybody.

How could it be a FRD, Frequently Requested Designs, via internet? Does it works, like with answers; with a huge database of projects for people to choose?
