On Doing

Since the Nintendo Wii upcoming, I’ve been thinking a lot on changing paradigms. We actually don’t know whether the Wii revolutionary command will be a standard in years to follow, but few things are as amusing to me as trying to foresee the future of culture.

Regarding books, one of the most persistent paradigms of culture, I feel like a blind oracle. An awfully simple format, with outstanding possibilities of variation (maybe all of these possibilities are because of the awfully simple), which resisted almost unharmed the release of the e-books. Will it ever be overcome? By what? I will be very pleased to read your opinions.

P.s.1: In my country, a very known cd-store has started to abbandon the cd bussiness…and started to sell books.
